Grantees of the Empowering Regional Cooperation Grants Scheme traveled to Tirana in September to attend a Partnership Workshop, where they received, among other detailed information on Implementation Guidelines, Good Financial Practices, Visibility Requirements, Online Grant Management System.
Mr. Fjordi Bisha, the Manager of the WBF-EU Joint Action, opened the workshop with a session focused on introductory notes and the general outcomes expected from the funded projects. His presentation highlighted the goals of the ERC Grants Scheme and emphasized the importance of regional cooperation and partnership building.
Ms. Diljana Kollarja, Financial and Administrative Officer (FAO) of the project, led a session on Financial Guidelines. Senior Project Manager Dafina Beqiri and Senior Program Officer Valbona Dedja delivered an in-depth session on implementation guidelines, project planning, and risk management.
Mr. Uros Citakovic, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, focused on the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework. Mr. Klevis Gjoni, WBF Communications Officer, introduced the visibility requirements and expectations for all ERC-funded projects, ensuring that each project follows the guidelines for promoting EU and WBF support.
